Possibly. If it is one of the manufacturers that we service, then we will want to send out a technician ahead of time to assess the equipment. Once the technician has evaluated the current state of the equipment, they will relay this info to our service dept. and let us know how much it will cost to bring the equipment back to manufacturer specifications. If you agree to the repair costs, we will then put the equipment under a maintenance contract that will include all toner, parts, and labor.
